On-Site Services
Maintenance: Following installation, all products from Empower Learning come with 90 days of up-and-running support. If you encounter any issues within this period, we’ll be on-site within two days to service you free of charge.
Empower Learning’s on-site support is essential to keeping your systems running smoothly. By pre-purchasing service hours, we can respond within two business days without the hassle of a PO, thus minimizing potential downtime in your classrooms.

Your 1:1 Classroom: This course helps teachers maximize the use and leverage the full potential of mobile devices in their classrooms. Chromebook: This course is specifically designed to engage teachers and prepare them for teaching in the Chromebook environment. Leadership in a 1:1 Environment: Centered on Digital Pedagogy, this course assists administrators in providing leadership within a 1:1 learning environment. Learn how to set clear 1:1 expectations and goals, create repositories, locate resources, and evaluate your 1:1 programs effectively.
Virtual Help Desk
What happens when a teacher or student is locked out of their email or device and your onsite technicians can’t get to it right away? Nothing—and that’s a problem.
When technology stops working, learning takes a back seat. Therefore, prevent unnecessary interruptions with Virtual Help Desk from Five Star! Our experienced team of technicians is available from 7 am to 4 pm ET, ready to assist with user accounts, Google Workspace for Education, hardware like Promethean Boards, operating systems such as Audio Enhancement, and more!
